C&A uses the company's own "C&A BIO COTTON" label for C&A products that are made with cotton from certified cultivation. For every C&A product with the BIO COTTON label, it applies that... - it is certified according to OCS (Organic Content Standard) or GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard). - the cotton supply chain has been thoroughly monitored from source to end product.
The BIOCOTTON label is awarded as a company label by C&A Mode GmbH & Co. KG. For six years, C&A has been one of the world's largest retailers of certified organic cotton.
By 2028, the company aims to source 100% of its core materials from more sustainable sources.
